Any puppy purchased from Prison City Bullies must retain the name Prison City's __________________ as a prefix Puppies must be paid for by 6 weeks of age!!! Prison City Bullies has made every effort to provide you with a happy, healthy puppy. We guarantee this puppy to be purebred and registered with the ( I.O.E.B.A.) We guarantee that all vaccinations and worming's have been given as stated on the vaccination schedule. We encourage the buyer to have this puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of taking possession of this puppy. If this puppy is found to have a life threatening hereditary congenital defect at this exam, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given provided that the seller is notified within 24 hours after the exam. Buyer must provide seller with proof of said vet visit and mail a copy of your visit to me or fax a copy to my vet.
Your puppy is covered for 1 year against life threatening hereditary congenital defects. If within that year life threatening problems arise a replacement puppy will be offered. There will be no refunds!!! This replacement will be provided within the year.
This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal for instances,: cherry eye, entropian, loose hips, hip dysplasia, skin allergies, demodex,elongated soft palate, stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils.), inverted tails, fertility issues, parasitic, fungal or bacterial infection, respiratory infection or small trachea, etc. Also this guarantee does not include injuries, Fleas, Mites, Coccidia, Giardia or any other intestinal worms/parasites as they are common in dogs and puppies.
Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, Kennel cough or Corona virus after 24 hours of this sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the Breeder.
We do not guarantee the projected size or color, nor that the buyer will be able to breed or show this animal. We as a breeder are striving to produce happy healthy pets not show dogs although we try to breed as close standard as possible.
Please take the records provided to your Veterinarian, as it is very important to continue with these vaccinations and worming's after you get your puppy home. Please don't forget the annual booster after that.
You, the buyer, agree to insure your puppy's good health and to keep our guarantee in effect by taking good care of the puppy and providing good food, housing and good medical care. Please remember that puppies are babies and they need lots of tender loving care!
This contract is valid for the original purchaser that purchased the dog from Prison City Bullies (breeder). Buyer will not sell or rehome said puppy/dog without consent from breeder. If for any reason this puppy does not work out for you, or if your life changes such as that you are unable to provide this puppy with a happy home, you must contact us in assistance in finding him/her a good home.
